She's created economic development policy and led economic development negotiations on behalf of municipalities, resulting in substantial positive impacts on property tax, sales tax, and quality of life for those communities. Additionally, Natalie has extensive experience priming land for development and repositioning property to its highest and best use. Natalie's experience has been extremely helpful to the private sector as she's navigated the development process for developers and resolved outstanding real estate entitlements.
